Circles - Slow down gears to synchronize dots!
The game purpose is to slow down the gears so that all dots have at one time had a couple. If the dot has couple (other dot is near), it is highlighted by the green.
To slow down a gear it is necessary to press it (when pressed in free part of the screen the nearest gear will chosen).
